Refund policy

Any garments sold as seasonal items (prom, Holiday, wedding, etc,) are not returnable. No exceptions!

Items are not returnable due to size compatibility. Please check garment measurements with your own before purchasing.

If it is necessary to return an item you must notify us within 24 hours of the receipt of the item that you wish to return. The Item must be received within 7 days in the same condition as shipped and must be insured for the amount of purchase. Upon receipt of the item it will then be inspected. Once approved you will receive a store credit ONLY minis the original shipping and insurance charges. If the item is damaged, altered or worn a credit will not be issued. Remember items will not be accepted for consideration without prior communication and authorization by me to return the item.

We DO NOT accept returns of Special Occasions such as holidays, weddings, etc. Sale items, items that have been priced reduced, negotiated, discounted and Lay-A-Ways that extend beyond their terms will not be returnable. These sales are all final.
