This is a 1930's gorgeous silk velvet evening jacket with two ruffled bell sleeves and ruffled from collar to hemline. Jacket is designed in a lovely slightly soft swing jacket design. OMG Fantastic!! It is Heaven to the touch. A Real Rare Find. Looking at the condition I would say it is close to perfect. It is in the most beautiful condition. I don't find anything wrong with it. The velvet is in in the most beautiful condition.
Size is a small to medium but, for that perfect fit please go by my measurements.
