1940 to early 1950 two piece halter Tiki dress with matching shawl. All made of cotton and fabric is vibrant. No discolorations or fading. The fabric is in perfect condition with no holes, repairs, tears or rips. It has its original metal side zipper which works perfectly and it has its original belt. Belts always get lost and it was such a treat to find this piece with shawl and belt intact. Colors are fabulous with a mix of orange, yellow mustard, white and brown. Bodice is lined in the yellow mustard cotton and is perfect. The belt is in great condition with no rips or tears and color is also vibrant. The only cracking is the vinal in some places of the inside of the belt but is not coming apart at all. I believe this was a manufactured set but there are no labels. The belt does have a slight print on the in side but it is so faint that I can't make it out. Again, condition is just about perfect and if it wasn't for the few cracks on the back side of the belt vinal I would say this set is absolutely in excellent condition.
