For Those Looking For That Perfect 50's Wedding Dress Look No Further! I have The Gowns and Dresses For You!
This 1940's to 1950's satin full circle skirt wedding dress with matching beaded bolero jacket is so gorgeous in every way. Long sleeve that comes to a point over the hand and buttons with six satin covered buttons at the wrist. The bolero has two covered buttons at the neckline and has a hook and eye closure. The jacket also is trimmed with white small beads all around the hemline of the jacket. Dress has spaghetti straps, zips up the side, nip waist and very full circular skirt. This is the perfect wedding dress for a very special day.
Condition: Excellent! No rips, tears, repairs or holes. The only thing I could find was a small spot on one of the sleeves and on that same sleeve the buttons were a bit torn. (see photo) This is a very easy fix where a seamstress could recover those buttons easily.
Label: none But, does have a label of the bride who the gown was created for. Her name is listed as "Barbara Booth Wilcox" (see photo)
