This is one of many 1940's hats I acquired on a buying trip. I was so excited to find these amazing hard to find hats. This particular hat is so gorgeous. Very wide brim deep rich black straw with low crown and original face net. This is so amazing and what makes this hat so amazing is the very wide brim and it's original netting. Simple perfect. Netting is perfect . The only thing I could find is in the front close to the brim is a slight separation of the net which is a very easy fix. (see photo) Other than that the netting is perfect.
