Ruffles Ruffles and More Ruffles! This is the most Gorgeous tulle gown I have come across in awhile. Beautiful color and design. This lovely party prom evening gown in pastel pink tulle embellished with lots of ruffles. The bodice is strapless with boning on the front and back. Zips up the side with it’s original metal zipper which is in perfect working order. The gown has a satin cummerbund and the bust line gathers in the middle creating a sweetheart bust line. Skirt is fully lined in soft pink taffeta and with a top slip layer of pink tulle that sits between the taffeta and the top ruffled skirt. Skirt full circle skirt.
