Ruffles Ruffles and More Ruffles! This is the most sweet ruffled tea length gown I have come across in awhile. Beautiful color of seafoam green with embordered scalloped trim and star burst. The bodice is strapless with boning on the front and back. Zips up the side with it’s original metal zipper which is in perfect working order. The gown has a taffeta cummerbund with a huge taffeta bow. Skirt is fully lined in taffeta and with a top slip layer tulle that sits between the taffeta and the top ruffled skirt. Skirt full circle skirt.
