This is such a great summer dress and just the perfect dress for those summer parties.
This spring and summer dress just screams lets have a house party! Has a square scoop neckline in the front and the same on the back. Dress has a nip waist and flares slightly out to the floor. Skirt is embellished with a wonderful design of tulips and leaves which goes all around the skirt. Dress has it's original nylon plastic zipper which is in perfect working order.
