Gorgeous 1930's to 1940's Silk Rayon Cheongsam Volup (large size) dress in a beautiful rich black with hand painted flowers shaped into butterflies. This dress is so lovely and I was so excited to find it. The details in the hand painted design is so amazing. The colors are so vibrant. There are slits on both sides at the hemline. Dress has toggle closures at the neck and down to the right side of the bust line and from there has snap closures down the waistline. There are no tears, rips, stains, fading or repairs. Dress is in excellent vintage condition.
