This is a very rare hard to find dead stock Bonnie Bag from the 1940's. Canvas fabric is still beautifully stiff and like new. The wood disks on front and back are like new. Just so well preserved. It looks like it was possibly used maybe a hand full of times. Everything about this purse is perfect from the fabric to the wood disks to the canvas fabric to the floral applique. This is the first time I have come across a Bonnie Bag in this perfect condition in a very long time. Handles are in perfect condition as well. The inside is perfect and close to untouched. So VLV! There are a few very small stains but other than that the fabric is in great condition. (see photos)
